Today is my second day working towards weight loss, and it is fabulous. I have been watching what I eat, and I have been drinking more water! I have set goals that I believe I may conquer, and indeed I conquered quite a few yesterday. Instead of drinking pop, or skim milk, I drank water, and I ate a salad. Temptations of fattening snack food have popped up, but I have prevailed. Now all I need to do is put the exercising part in
