fat and happy

so it has come to my attention my love for oreos is prolly not healty lol. i used to be fat and happy but now, im just fat. how to get over this part, its not even physical its clearly a mental block. tried some new gym equipment pretty happy about that tho!

Starting strong!

Joined a new gym in the new part of town! Excited because I have gone three days and I'm very sore! Went to a yoga class today to destress. hope this feeling lasts!
