     I started a new journey in my life on Jan. 1st 2010.  I have always been an athlete, but never really looked like one.  I had about 50 lbs to lose when I finally commited to becoming more healthy.  4 months later, I still have 50 lbs to lose.  The problem that I have, is that I watch what I eat, I drink plenty of water, and I exercise a minimum of 5 days a week wile burning no less than 400 calories in a work-ou...
