I KNOW I CAN DO THIS

I am Mayador, I wil be 34 years old on 2oth May.My goal is to lose 76 Ibs and at the moment I weigh 221Ibs! Most times I wonder how I got here,recently i tried one of these Fad diets but it didn't work for me,I felt weak all through this period.I have realised it took me years to be here so I have to take it easy with myself but eat and work out as I should. Thank God I have u guys now to give me all the encouragements I would need to accomplish this life-changing goal!
