I've been so far off my goals it's time to get serious again.  Just like the Earth cast it's shadow across the Moon and darkened it completely December 20, I've got to get past the excuses of keeping my goals in a shadow and get out of my own way so they become a noticalble difference to me.  It's Christmas and the particulars with that clelebration are looking good  ....I did not bake or make candy like I usually do, and believe it or not no one miss...

Juneteenth - It's called Juneteenth because the precise date was lost.  It's either June 17 or June 19 they don't know.  They do know it was emancipation from slavery.  How exciting and confusing it must have been to entertain the thought of where to go, how to start, and the steps to take to get there and begin the journey.  Weight loss is a journey of emancipation.  Difficult, exciting, confusing, full of decisions...
