So I took a fews days off to sort things out in my head...Feeling better today and more confident about doing this. I thought I was going to have a few friends as a support system but I think they are not going to do it now...which I understand not everyone has the time. Today I have much more energy than yesterday morning. I feel that I put on weight in my tummy area, ,which I cant stand! It's funny how when you get older you put on weight in different areas of your body... so I decided today I am going to set some goals for myself
Goal 1: Get up an hour earlier! I work nights but its only till 9 and I should be up and chipper before the kids are =)

I did really good today, stayed on track...went over by 2 points but thats not too bad and I feel happy and full. Not disgusted with my self at all, cant wait for tomorrow its our first day of Wanna Be Weight Watchers...lol..since none of us want to pay the $40 and we all know the plan we are gonna try this out...kinda nervous to see the scale praying I didnt gain from the last time i weighed myself a few days ago. We shall see =)

Its 1pm and I feel like I might not make it thru the day eating healthy and staying within my points range. It's so hard to start eating healthy again but I see the weight coming back on and I worked so hard before to take it off. Plus the wedding Im in is in September...I really wish the weather around here would start to feel like spring its not helping me become motivated towards doing any exercise at all! I did do 10 minutes of Pilates and actually enjoyed that while Evan was napping. We wil...
