I haven't posted anything since last week.
The weekend was good, but I did eat whatever I wanted. LOL
Today, I did my first fitness boot camp! I signed up a couple of weeks ago when I got an email from Living Social. It was only $20 for 10 classes!
So, I went this morning and I feel good! Hopefully I'll stick to this.
Now the eating or over eating part!

Today was a bad day.
I slept late, so I didn't workout before my dental appointment.
Then when I got home, I made some soup which was good, then got on my computer. It was such a crappy day out, that I didn't want to do anything.
So, I didn't. I crawled into bed, read a book and took a nap.
I'm so disappointed w/ myself! I could have at least gotten on my treadmill or done a workout video! Urgh!

Today has been a good day so far.
I went for a little 1 mile walk since it was so nice out. But during the walk, I was feeling slow, and flabby and wanted to do more. I was just going to finish w/ my walk and go take a shower so I could run errands, but decided to turn on the On Demand and check out the fitness programs. I ended up doing the " 10 lb slimdown blast w/ Chris Fretag". It was tough! I didn't realize how out of shape I am in. I struggled though it, but I made it...

I just signed up for this program w/ the suggestion of my neice.
I'm 42 years old and feel like a whale! When I look in the mirror, I don't feel that big, until I get on the scale or put on my jeans.
So, hopefully I can lose the weight that I need to lose. I"m tired of nothing fitting and tired of being tired.
