Being a personal fitness trainer, I enjoy to be up to date on the hottest health statistics. I also have a full-body and functional mindset when it comes to health and fitness. Right now I think people are opting to do their workouts at home these days. This is really good if it gets people working out consistently. However, I have to admit it is not so good for me as a personal trainer if people are doing their own workouts without me.
