Women Over 60

I have been on this site for 1 week . .started on Aug. 16, 2012...my goal is to loose 40 pounds by next May...I am going to California for my Daughters graduation from college...I want to surpise her with my new look....I have lost 3 lbs as of today.....baby steps...I have dieted all my life...I believe listing my daily food intake is going to help....keeps me aware ....wish me luck.

Yes I would love to make friends with you younger gals. I am 64...I have lost 20 pounds since January.... weight 220...want to weight 175....I do walking in pool due to knee pain. Will have surgery in a couple of weeks. I have been eaqting better and taking care of myself to a higher level since January. I wanted this to be my best year, ever. I have lost a little motivation....It has been hard to lose every ounce. Today is a great day to restart myself....

I'm not 60 yet but I need need the same motivation. Love to hear from you. I am starting my program tomorrow
