day one of my 2nd yr of weight loss.. i have been eating well so far. exersised today. didnt realize my thighs would hurt so bad. it feels like i have never exersised ever before.. i know its been a few months buttt jeeeezzzz.... just remember its going to be hard but if it doesnt hurt its not working.
