does anybody know any core strengtheneing routines that do not use weights or anything other than maybe a band or something around the house that works well?

I am so happy I just found a site that told me how many calories I use when i pile load unload wood 272 in 1 hour i figure the more heavy wood i move it would be more it doesnt say weight of wood though will have to check that outt later just a little info if anyone else is interested!

well i am going on a week of just basically eating normally so i can see what i am really doing. so far have figured out i indulge in alot of fast home prepared meals. i wait until i am starving to eat and then make a sandwich but not always the best choices because i am thinking of hunger instead of what i should be putting inside of me. i will start cleansing tomorrow and take it from there wish me luck!
