I haven't lost any weight for months so I guess what I was doing wasn't right for me. I couldn't keep up the bike because of my back. so now I am going to try walking as long as i can and see if that will help me i get so tired and sometims just don't want to do anything

i rode my staionary bike again to day only 10 minutes but good for me with all of my medical problems i guess it is a statr

To day hasn't started off to bad just hope i can stay on track
