after a few weeks of tracking my diet I'm looking at my progress, and thinking holy crap, so thats why I'm loosing weight. I really haven't changed my diet much. the fact that I have to eat slowly, and I'm at work most of the day. I don't know how I could possibly eat anymore. although since I reduced the fat in my diet, and started exercising again, it is becoming easier for me to eat, if I can find the time to go to the gym, and find the time to prepare food, and find the time to actually sit ...

I have been an athlete as long as I can remember, that is until about two years ago, when I moved to columbus to be with my girlfriend. at that point I stopped exercising. to make matters worse I got a job as a fry cook. don't get me wrong here, I love my job, I wouldn't trade it for anything, but when your working till 3-4 in the morning on a 10 hour shift without a break surrounded by horribly unhealthy food. the icing on the cake is I'm also a full time college student. if you put it all toge...
