Summer school is getting tougher each day and less time for exercising. But as eating i have been doing well. Today i was able to sneak in a 15min HIIT run which was better than nothing. Hopefully tomorrow will have time to do a complete workout on chest and back.

hello folks,

Today is the 5th day of my second week, and i am doing well with all my exercises. What is keeping me motivated? well aside from the fact that im still fairly young i also have a roommate that is in worse condition than i am but he is bringing it everyday.  He is doing everything im doing and i know that it is even harder for him because he is heavier than me, so i will motivate myself to do the same. week 2 day 4

currently on track right now. Just got back from the gym and it feels great to workout again.

As of right now im debating with myself about my workout routine.

I am currently lifting heavy with low reps (3-5reps), but i am now trying to slim down because my chest is getting quite big and it looks unproportional with my arms.

So heres my thoughts

-for chest: im thinking of doing just low weights and high reps so i dont get anymore bulkier in that

well after the first week of school, i went home for memorial weekend. Lots of family gathering and lot of eating. Pretty much all my hard work of being committed last week has been erase with 3 days of bad eating.

I cant keep up like this, so from now on I give you (myself and anyone who reads this) my word that i will not give in to cravings and letting myself go during holidays/events/cravings. I will be determine to lose this weight and gain my muscles back.

Everything is going well, and i've been hitting all my marks but like you guys we all have busy lives so i wont make it to the weight room today.

As a student i will have to put my grades as a priority first so because its a summer course and everything is compressed, every point counts. Therefore i wont be hitting the weightroom today which is a dissappointment  but i will hit it hard after the quiz tomorrow.

But even if i didnt workout today i will continue

Week 1 day 1

First of all it was the first day of class and it went by well.

Second of all i got in my calories and all the right portions. I was able to get in a really good workout today and now im exhausted.

The only bad thing is that i think i pulled something during lifting today cuz half way through the workout theres a deep pain right by my left shoulder blade. Not sure how i got it but hopefully it will get better by wednesday.

The day is almost over and it seems like everything is going well. I stayed within the calorie mark and hit most of the marks.

well, the whole point of starting a blog was to help myself maintain a consistent diet and be motivated. but today it all went down the drain, i ate ice cream,pizza, donut, and beer. All the worst food that should be avoided had been consumed in a single day.

I didnt get a chance to workout either, yes i am bad. How do i redeem myself? i have no idea. I started the blog yesterday hoping that i will stay commited but somehow i havent been able to.

well, today marks the first day of summer for me and sadly i am here because i have been putting on some weight after my first year of college away from home.

I am blogging because i think that if i put this out here i will be accountable for my actions. Therefore i also hope to gain support as well.
