Well havee not gained wieght but only a small amt has come off so cant complain too much my usual goal for the holidays is to maintain and not gain and being the week it is! It is strange not alot of choclate at work this year that may have helped also I even have been giving oranges instead

Well did the mesurments today have allways found it helps was a bit suprised with taking the month off that they were not as bad as they could have been yes they were up but not that bad
one of my coworkers ask how it was going told her took the month off and will now be getting back into the swing if things

Thought I was being good untill I logged in my food from my note book yes it was for afew days but went over my alotment for yesterday the other days were good so from last sun to today wt went down but only 1lb so that puts my wt at 185.6 its still elevated from when I droped off and the waist went down also from 41 to 40 which is a bonus this next week will need to plan on dropping the next pound the plan is c...

My life 8 hrs at work then kid and the run around with her and erands means I dont get home till 6 pm and in some cases even laterit means 12+ hr day that life
yesterday was not bad as to the d-word my total cal intake 1638 and just as a qurk the bmr is 1862 meaning my net is -224 thats a good thing as to the gym was a no go

I MADE THE GYM THIS MORNING!!!!! first time for the week feel like I had a good workout 56 min on tred mil plus the other stuff
so cant complain other than I relized need new shoes badly sounds like an afternoon project for me lol

when thinking about the d-word I feel I have done the correct thing by deciding to ditch the vegitarian an just do healthy which means I dont feel like I need to turn down a few of my favorite foods

I have a said it befor this is a crazy life need to get to the gym dont know if Ill make it today can only hope that time will allow due to work and funeral visitation of a friend and my mom wanting to see me can only hope for the best as for the diet that was mostly good over on salt and under on fiber (never get those two correct)
