I don't have one....
August 15, 2013 at 9:51pm
Got the Fitbit pedometer and have been wearing it for almost a week now. IT syncs my info fine, but when I log in Fitclick says I haven't posted a workout in "X" amount of days. How do I fix this?

I dislike the ad that comes up with you go to the "recipes" tab....

How the suds can I get these darn laughing cow ads off my page so I can get on with my program? They are some of the most annoying things I have ever seen. I use their products because they fill a need in my plan, but I will stop and find something else if they don't give me the option of kicking them to the curb. Help!!!!!

How many "active" members do you think we have? You can tell who is actively posting better than I can...

"Hi everyone. Currently, Fitbit data does not get shared with the Challenges system; however, we do plan to integrate the data in phase 2 of the roll-out. We'll keep you posted on when that will be available. Thanks for your patience."

"Timely suggestion. We have recently completed the integration of Fitbit with the site. To sync your Fitbit with FitClick go here: http://www.fitclick.com/www/community/social/fitbit/Main.aspx We have held off announcing it so that we could vet the system for a while first. Please let us know if you have an comments on it. Thanks."

"Regarding points for this week's Secret Food, users can only get 100 points per food once. We have used this food with a different clue in the past. If you tracked this Secret Food on 1/31/2013, you received points for it back then. We were not aware of this technical issue prior to today and will not use duplicate foods in the future. We appreciate all of your feedback."

"Hello! You all are correct. This week's secret food is Almonds-Whole. We are investigating why it's tracking bonus points for some of you and not for others. Thanks for your feedback and we'll keep you posted."

"To clarify, we don't have any fees... we were just trying to be funny... and failing at that. Back to the fake accounts, are some of you getting spammed by them or are we talking about dormant accounts? Thanks for the help."

"Cutcarb13, we would love to find a solution for that one, as would every other site on the Internet - including Facebook. If you have any ideas please let us know. We're thinking about lowering the fees we charged :). Thanks."

Hi jefferycole. Thanks for contacting us. There is no discrepancy. Your daily calorie target and BMR are the same on both the mobile app and the web site. Your calorie target is 2040 (we show a range of 1990 - 2090 on the diet tracker on the site, mid-point is 2040) and your BMR is 3038. You daily calorie target is less because it factors in your weight loss goals, so it is your BMR calorie level less the calorie shortfall needed to be on the proper pace to reach your weight loss goal.

Thanks for the suggestion and feedback. We agree and it is something we have in our development queue.
