Hi! FitClick Staff :) Im not trying 2 be impatient, but I would like to have the situation fixed b4 my next weigh in if thats possible. Just a note to follow up, b/c I havent heard anything from the previous emails I sent to your inbox. I logged in my weight on Saturday... I lost 3 pounds... however, it isnt showing in certain groups that im in. Its showing 0.0 weight loss which isnt accurate. How can I solve this problem, so I can be added to the leaderboard now? If it did show, I would be like in 2nd - 3rd place in most of the groups. I love the challenges, and I do want to compete. Groups that arent showing, Such as my group that I created THINNING OUT OUR HERD (THIN IT TO WIN IT 2014), others like, MOST POUNDS LOST OVER 30 DAYS, IN IT FOR THE LONG HAUL CHALLENGE, etc. Please help... I even tried RE LOGGING in my weight just a few seconds ago and it's NOT working......... Thanks! Hope to hear from you soon, so I can be able to compete this week with my CURRENT weigh in as well as next weeks

Hi, I'm so excited to be back on track after a few spine surgeries!! I wonder if you can tell me the direct link to low impact aerobic/cardio work out videos. I see to be unable to find them. Thanks so much!

Hi, maybe you can help me, i watched the video but it did not answer my question. I am just doing diet tracking (with a low carb diet)....when you are looking at the diet tracking page near the top it shows goal of how many calories, how many carbs, etc. that you want to eat, then underneath it shows what you have actually eaten in calories, carbs, etc. ....i don't understand why in that section sometimes the number is red with an "x" next to eat and then sometimes the number is green with a "checkmark" next to it. Do you know what all that means? I would appreciate any help you have to offer. Thank you so much and have a wonderful evening :)

I don't know how to put in what I have done in exercise ( mainly walking). Also stacking wood, That takes a lot out of me, and should count for something, but I can't find anything about it.

    Hi. Thanks for your feedback. Talk-to-Track automatically syncs, in real-time, all foods tracked on the app with a user's website account. Were you on the Diet Tracker page on the website when you were looking for your tracked foods? The News Feed will not show the foods.
