I have just returned from my first appointment with the dietician since my surgery and they suggest only 600-800 cals for total daily intake. I have tried to do this and it keeps telling me that it won't go below 1000 ... I am sure it has to do with a health issue but as I am being followed by a health team ...I am just wondering if this option can be made available with maybe a disclaimer that this level is unadvisable unless you are being followed by a health care provider????

Got the Fitbit pedometer and have been wearing it for almost a week now. IT syncs my info fine, but when I log in Fitclick says I haven't posted a workout in "X" amount of days. How do I fix this?

I dislike the ad that comes up with you go to the "recipes" tab....

How the suds can I get these darn laughing cow ads off my page so I can get on with my program? They are some of the most annoying things I have ever seen. I use their products because they fill a need in my plan, but I will stop and find something else if they don't give me the option of kicking them to the curb. Help!!!!!

"Regarding seeing what others are eating, that functionality still exists under the Mentoring section (under Home). You still need to be a Mentor to see that information, however."

"Update on recent feedback: 1. We have added the change amount feature to the recipe maker and it will be launched later today; 2. Currently, you only get points for healthy foods in your recipes if you eat those recipes (i.e. track them in the diet tracker)- the diet tracker also breaks out each food below the meal name; 3. If you use water multiple times in a recipe it will aggregate the ingredient unless you use a different version for water (i.e. tap water vs. filtered water, etc.); and 4. Cutcarb13, we are unsure what you mean by "hover" tool - can you provide more specifics? Thanks."

"Hi Cutcarb13. Thanks for the feedback. Every major free site on the internet, from Facebook on down, has this issue of bogus accounts being created. We employ CAPTCHA to prevent bulk account creation by bots and we regularly monitor the site for potential spam related issues. But, when you are an open community you will unfortunately have these accounts created. Thanks."

Hi jefferycole. Thanks for contacting us. There is no discrepancy. Your daily calorie target and BMR are the same on both the mobile app and the web site. Your calorie target is 2040 (we show a range of 1990 - 2090 on the diet tracker on the site, mid-point is 2040) and your BMR is 3038. You daily calorie target is less because it factors in your weight loss goals, so it is your BMR calorie level less the calorie shortfall needed to be on the proper pace to reach your weight loss goal.
