Jusus commented on exercise: 30:30 Eliptical
"I do a split routine on the elliptical, where I warm up for five minutes, sprint for 1.min 20 seconds, rest for 40 seconds, then sprint again for 1 min. I repeat this for a total of 20 min. The elliptical machine at the gym, only calculates the time I spend and not the extra exertion. Is there a way to calculate the extra effort. Please help."

Jusus commented on workout plan: Les Mills Body Pump Class
"I go to body pump at least 2 time a week, ( min) Those are the day I call my heavy days after body pump I do a series of push up and sit ups, set of 10 with 20 reps, 45 seconds walk in between each set, Then I do a 3 set of curls, Lat pull downs, and shoulder shrugs. I have a heard time losing weight, and still have a considerable amount of belly fat, I do 20 minutes of cardio, before body pump, I use an elliptical trainer, I sprint for one full, minute increasing the intensity, every 10 seconds, starting from level 2. Then I rest for 1 full minute and repeat. This is just my heavy day work out, On my cardio days Mondays Wednesday, and Saturdays. I start with the elliptical program, Then I have 60 minutes of Les Mills RPM Class, followed by a 1 mile jog sprint. So how come I haven't lost the weight I want to lose, oh and by the way I have done this program for over a year. Anybody know what I'm doing wrong please help.
