  • I am 4 years post pardum and still weigh 170 lbs. I have three kids and run around like crazy!! I have been going to the gym for the past year, but to no avail!! I am going to try this work-out and see how things go. I do watch what I eat, somewhat. We eat a lot of fish and chicken, but it is not enough. I am a Realtor so I do eat on the run a lot and it is not always healthy!! I am really excited to have an actual routine to go to the gym instead of just wandering around aimlessly. Through this blog, I will keep track of my progress.

    I hear that the South Beach Diet is great for diabetics. My son has a friend who is diabetic and that is what I follow when he is here and his mom said that is the best thing to do. I did do the South Beach diet myself and lost 20 lbs. I then got pregnant and then stopped it and never went back on it, which I really need to.
