It's been actually one month today, that I've been a member of FitClick, and have been counting calories. And . . . drum roll please :) . . . I've lost 10 lbs. Whoo Hoo!! Go Lisa, go Lisa! 15 more to go. I'm going to try and get as close to losing 10 more lbs by Thanksgiving. I won't make 10, but as close as possible. Much success to all of you.

"Fell off the wagon last Saturday, from my juicing because my daughter took me out for Mother's Day. On Mother's Day Hubby took me out. Then, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday it was much to hard to go back to juicing, but by Friday I was back on track. It's been 5 days now and I'm really doing great. Hubby is still struggling though, to get back on track, but I'm helping by encouraging him everyday. He juices in the day and eats a little something in the evenings, so that's not totally bad, but remember he did 30 days straight of juicing back in 2012 and lost over 30 lbs, so I know he can do it again.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday the gym; Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday walk the 2.5 mile track in the park. We've been dropping about 1 - 2.5 lbs a day with workouts (depending on how much we do); without workouts less than a lb a day or stay the same."

  • Yeaah! I'm on day six since joining this site and I'm so lovin' it.  I told my husband about it, and he's joined.  I told my sister, who goes to Bally's with me 3 to 4 days a week, and she's joined.  She told a co-worker.  Awesome site! I'm lovin' it.  I'm in the process of setting up my favorites, putting in recipes, so much to see, so much information to browse and see.  Lovin it!! Oh, I forgot . . . I'm 5' 4" tall. I started at 150 pounds, and my goal weight is 125.  Don't know how long it will take to loose the 25 pounds, but that's not my main focus.  My main focus is a healthy lifestyle, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and all way around.     I just wanna introduce myself - - signed up this morning, and I'm excited to get started. I'm looking to loose 25 lbs. Both me and my husband want to start a healthy-living lifestyle with exercise, fitness and the whole 9 yards . I've gotta tell him about this site, I'm lovin' it, although I haven't seen half the stuff on here. I'm Looking forward to all the advice, info, chit chat, and fun. Chow!
