Okay 2nd day being the big 3-0, Life is begginning. Get a job, began your career, enjoy being a mom and having a life with your family. Lose the weight but do not be harsh and stress yourself because then you binge eat sugar foods and sit on facebook wasting time.. workout when you feel bac workout when you feel good. lets make this goal, note to self, be happy .....
