I.m new to the site also. I have had 5 back surgeries my lower back is all fused together I have problems exercising also. I have gained apprx. 55 lbs. At this point I am walking 1 mile a day I hope to work up to riding the bike at least 10 min a couple times a week. If you can think of any other exercises I could possibly do please leave me a message. Need help
