Well, I didn't make it to the gym today. I had some floors delivered this morning and it kinda through me off schedule. But! I did have about 20 minutes to spare before my shower and this was my attempt at making up some of the time I should have spent at the gym:An 8-minute workout in July's issue of Self caught my eye, so I gave it a shot. To be honest, I've always been pretty skeptical about all the "get a great body in less than 10 minutes a day" ads, but I tell ya what... this routine was a bit of a butt-kicker. This great little workout gave me a decent sweat, so for some added cardio I went for a quick swim in the pool to wrap it up.Although I only spent about 20 minutes on my exercise regimen today, I feel much better than I would have had I not done anything at all... something I'll keep in mind next time I'm short on time.
