I find my actions toward my eating have drastically changed since joinging FC. The journaling is keeping me focused on what I'm eating and reminds me I have to exercise. Having others fighting the same battle with me sure makes a big difference!! I'm not so hard on myself when I see others who aren't perfect. Now with that said, remember, (this is coming from the one who can't seem to lose any weight) 7 days of no exercise will put you in a rut that will be hard to climb out of if you don't break the hold!!!
