It's been a long time. So much has happened in my world including moving to Quebec (I don't speak french!) and so much that I don't want to go into. With everything, I have managed to lose myself, mentally, physically. I still fit into the same clothes but they are getting tight and they just feel different. Instead of nice and muscle solid, I am getting lumpy hard... does that make sence??
So... I am aiming at a change starting today, or first thing in the morning as it's nearly midnight. Back to working out, back to paying attention to my eating and just another new beginning. How many do you think a person is allowed in a lifetime??
