  • I completed day one and am now in day day 2!  I have managed to watch my eating, log it, work out, log that too and am just aware of what I am doing. This is huge to me right now. I am craving sweets somethinf fierce and am trying to control myself from ravaging my daughters easter chocolate that she still has! lol I can do this! And whomever may read this... you can do it too! May you all have a great day and if your day isn't going great... start again tomorrow!  <3
