    I fell off the wagon for the holidays... badly, not to mention fell into depression when I moved to Quebec. Both of these have resulted in an additional 20lbs. I feel ashamed. but... time to do something about it. I am not on week 2 of zumba and day two of calorie counting. I lost it once, I can do this again... I think.
