    I decided it would be a good idea to start a food journal. With my busy lifestyle, I often don't take time to sit down and reflect on what I am putting into my body. Over the past 4 years of college I have gained 15 pounds. While I am still small and at a healthy BMI, I would love to feel better about myself (especially in a bikini) and have my sexy body back. I have noticed that I am forming love handles. I moved from a size 0 to a size 2. While that seems small, I would love to be back to my old size. I have been running with my jogging class 3 times a week. I am also taking a triathalon training class, which I have been considering dropping. I need to convince myself to stick with it. That class is twice a week, on the days I don't jog. I get low-blood sugar really easily so I need to constantly refuel my body. Lately my goal has been to spend less money eating out and spend more time planning meals and snacks that keep my tank full. This last week I definitely slipped a little on this goal. This week I plan on getting back on track with my $30 a week eating out budget. Today I am going to go grocery shopping. I need to buy veggies for the week and make a bag for each day. I also want to get fruit for each day. Turkey lunch meat to make bagel sandwiches with cheese, sprouts and lettuce. My goals are: To continue exercising 5 days/week. To only spend $30/week eating out. To eat 1200 calories a day. I will set this as my goal for this week and see how it goes.
