    So today I woke up at 430 after 4 hours sleep to go off to work.  I thought OK enough is enough.  I feel terrible.  I'm dizzy and feel weighed down.  Quit doing this to yourself.... So here I am.  Day one.  My promise to myself today was to eat 5 small meals instead of grazing my way through the day and then gorging when I get home and again as I sit at the table with my perfectly fit husband.  I notice my breathing is heavier and my hips and knees are beginning to ache from the extra weight I have packed on in the last 4 months.  I weigh 159 lbs, stand 5"1/2" (and that 1/2" counts) and feel uncomfortable in my skin.  I hate the guilt I feel after eating too much so....Proactive right... No more eating for comfort, self medicating whatever you want to call it.  No more feeling sorry for myself.  Poor me...Whatever I did this.  I kept my promise.  I had 5 small meals today.  I tracked how I felt after each portion.  I learned I didn't have to eat so much and it really does work having a fruit instead of the refined sugars that really don't taste as good as I let myself believe.  I'm excited to see what tomorrow brings. Hello Healthier me!
