Today I started my 2 shakes a day and 1 dinner meal in the evening, so far i'm not really craving any food and i'm just cruising through my workday. I've decided that I wasn't gonna dwell on eating and that if i did that I would be successful in my quest for being thin. I feel good, i've had 1 shake already and its almost lunchtime and i'm not even really hungry.
