I too have been stuck after a 35 lb weight loss...Last season on the biggest loser they told the contestants if they didn't write down what they were eating they would not win...I have not written my food on fit click for 103 days...hum...maybe a connection..I'm back posting and counting mu calories and such today...good luck

It is hard to find the time to workout while having three kids. I cannot imagine having three teenagers.... Mine are 2,6,and 10.

K girl, got on that scale this morning and it says 9 pounds lighter!!!! I am down to 256!!!! I know most is water weight, but I do not care!!! lol A pound is a pound!!! I feel less bloated and do feel lighter! Even wore a pair of pants yesterday that were a tad snug on me (and they were yoga pants!!!). I hope you had success too!!!! But remember, it's not what the scale says...you can lose inches and not lose pounds! I am hoping this second week proves to be just as good!!! I didn't find it too much of a struggle that I thought it would be! How has the week been for you, other than your busy life?? Did you feel you had any hurdles to overcome or figure out? I am feeling really good.....that I am finally able to find a path that works! Didn't hear back from you on facebook.....everything ok over there? Have a great day today!!!! :) Thanks for wanting to share this weightloss journey with me!!!

  • I've got 3 and a half months until my 10 year anniversary!!  We are taking a cruise to Florida and then the Bahamas, like we did to get married.  This was me when we got married.  Add about 40lbs. now.  I've got to stay on track and get this weight off!

    I've been doing meal replacement shakes for a month now and I'm getting nowhere. I use slimfast and I add a scoop of whey powder to it. I just can't seem to stay full enough. I think part of it is because my job entails alot of sitting and I want to eat out of boredom. I use to be on a plan called the diabetic diet(even though I'm not diabetic) and it seemed to work a little better. I'm not sure, but I could really use some advice.

    I need advice. I am trying to tone my arms. I am still losing weight and they are starting to tone, but I have a tendancy to bulk more than lose around my arms. My question is should I do more reps or add more weight to lose the most on my arms but still tone? Thanks
