Hi Kayleighs ..little advice for you..if your looking to drop more wieght...cut out completely on butter, salt, sugar ...and when you are at the gym do your cardio ...traedmill. stairsteeper for about 30 mins...then do 30 mins of wieght training drink lots of water...walk often with your baby that helps toooo
