  •      I was freaked to find out I am over one hundred pounds overweight.  I knew I had re-gained alot of the weight I had lost 3 years ago back - but I have not exercised for over a year and have little or no energy.  I feel gross. I hate my body.  Pictures that have been taken of me - look nothing like I used to.  I need to be a good role model for my children and make sure I will be around for them in the future.  I have contemplated having bypass surgery but to live the rest of my life eating about the amount of a thimble at a time totally grosses me out.      I started today in earnest.  Finding this website and loggin in the foods I ate for breakfast.  It is easy to see that overeating and not execising has been my downfall.  There is no easy solution and I just have to commit to this new healthy living life change.    I'm already hungry.  I'll go make some good selections for lunch.
