looked at mesurments from july WOW amost 40% body fat and now just over 32% whats the chance of getting to 30by new year?

Yah I'm not doing well with the dieting portion...we go out too much cause apparently we are very social. I try to order healthier options or not eat the fries with the burger or order a different side...but man is it hard. I'm better at controlling my portion size cause now I get so full so quickily but my diet needs work. The exercise is going great though.

OH YHEA I REALLY HAVE NOT THOUGHT OF WHAT MY FINAL GOAL WILL BE..IT WAY TO FAR DOWN THE ROAD TO THINK OF THAT...IM SUPPOSE TO WEIGH BETWEEN 150 AND 160..BUT IM ALMOST 5 FOOT 10 AND I THINK ILL LOOK LIKE A TWIG..I WOULD LIKE TO GET DOWN AT LEAST TO 180...THAT WOULD BE NICE..I CANT REMBER THE LAST TIME IVE BEEN THAT..PROBABLY ELEMENARTY SCHOOL WHATS YOUR GOAL?

MY BIRTHDAY WHICH WAS THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER SET ME BACK A LITTLE TOO..I HAVE FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT LIKE TO CELEBRATE FOR DAYS...BUT I GOT RIGHT BACK ON TRACK AND KEEP GOING..I DIDNT MEET MY GOAL IN THE TIME FRAME I WANTED BUT DID MANAGE TO MAKE IT A FEW WEEKS LATER..SOMETIMES GOING OFF THE DIET A BIT HELPS JUMP START YOUR BODY SO IT THINKS THAT U ARE STARTING ALL OVER..GOOD JOB AND KEEP IT UP!

  •        Well havee not gained wieght but only a small amt has come off  so cant complain too much my usual goal for the holidays is to maintain and not gain and being the week it is! It is strange not alot of choclate at work this year that may have helped also I even have been giving oranges instead

    try doing the sit ups and crunches on one of the balls I had a cracked tailbone and that helped me

    I have found going to the gm hard at times but mine is co-ed so I can check out the others while im doing my tredmill and eliptical that helps brake up the bordum as to getting the gear to the gym I load it into the car when I go to work inthe morning so that excuse is not going to happen even if its 2 1/2 blks from my house
