no problem. can't say I'll drink another. it's not even milk and certainly didn't taste like it. paid over 4 bucks for it at the hotel.

Yeah there's a difference but IMO you can probably try the nori in the mock tuna. I haven't done it though but I think it would work.

Wow Teresa don't be p***d with your body look at the size difference. Thats Amazing!! Maybe you shouldn't focus on the weight so much and more on the measurements. Its just a thought.

  •        Well havee not gained wieght but only a small amt has come off  so cant complain too much my usual goal for the holidays is to maintain and not gain and being the week it is! It is strange not alot of choclate at work this year that may have helped also I even have been giving oranges instead

    try doing the sit ups and crunches on one of the balls I had a cracked tailbone and that helped me

    I have found going to the gm hard at times but mine is co-ed so I can check out the others while im doing my tredmill and eliptical that helps brake up the bordum as to getting the gear to the gym I load it into the car when I go to work inthe morning so that excuse is not going to happen even if its 2 1/2 blks from my house
