Hi. Wow I haven't been on here in a long time.

In my mock tuna dulse is a type of seaweed. It can be found in most health food stores like Whole Foods. It has a very strong taste so use only a little until you're sure if you like it. It's extremely healthy for you.

this last week the scale showed abit of love down to 188.8 on thur today up to 189.8 still proud

  •        Well havee not gained wieght but only a small amt has come off  so cant complain too much my usual goal for the holidays is to maintain and not gain and being the week it is! It is strange not alot of choclate at work this year that may have helped also I even have been giving oranges instead

    try doing the sit ups and crunches on one of the balls I had a cracked tailbone and that helped me

    I have found going to the gm hard at times but mine is co-ed so I can check out the others while im doing my tredmill and eliptical that helps brake up the bordum as to getting the gear to the gym I load it into the car when I go to work inthe morning so that excuse is not going to happen even if its 2 1/2 blks from my house
