I went to my family doctor about a month ago and he told me that if i don't loose weight i am going to end up having a heart attack i am about 147 pounds away from my goal its all caused from stress of looking after my boyfriend and his health problems that he is going through. Monday i started walking to get my body in the routine of building up muscles that i haven't used in a long time and i have walked every other day. But when i do walk i walk the half an hour walks and i do weigh myself everyday and check my pressures and the only good news is my pressures are coming down but the weight is still up there if anyone has any advice on this or has been through i let me know how long it takes before you notice anything in the weight
