On Feb 1, I weighed in and exceeded my goal for the frist month. I was quite proud and so was my family. In the last 12 days I have only worked out 3 days and not been making the proper eating choices like before. I have putting in 70 hr. work weeks and been under the weather a little but that shouldn't matter. Hopefully tomorrow I'll be back on the horse but for whateve reason I have absolutly no motivation to do anything. Need a great big kick in the butt.

The gym isn't an option for me either. I happened to be doing some looking around at the end of year and got 4 Bob Harper workout DVD's at $5 a piece. These are full body workouts for both men and women. My advice is to keep shopping around and start watching the freebies for fitness videos more suited to you. I can tell you if you are completely commited there are at least 25 more people that aren't
I don't have much motivation either. It's a heck of a lot easier to sit back and do nothing than anything else. You and I have decided that we weren't happy with that so we needed to get off our butts and do something about our situation. My motivation I guess comes from the fact I don't like the way I am and I am going to kill myself trying to improve my overall health instead of just killing myself. You're not alone and I'll help where I can. I got a long way to go so I'm not leaving anytime soon.
