    finding the right time to work out in my hectic life is hard. i normally have more time during the evening but don't want to work out so close to going to bed. i fear that all that working out will keep me up all night. is there a right and wrong time to work out? do you have to be consistent on time as long as its consistent on days?

    you have to make sure your getting enough sleep first of all. drinking enough water, and eating healthy during the day and making sure your replenishing your energy with food after work outs. for example banana chips are good snack or almonds after a work out. all you need is a hand full and you should be good. they also make drinks at GNC or other stores like that for after work outs.

    I'm looking for a good steroid supplement which will give me the benefits of steroids and not the problems of real anabolic steroids. I need a supplement to help me get more energy because i lack energy when working out. I dont want to buy random ones to try out and experiment because of the price's of them. Anyone know a legitimate supplement?
