    I'm still working hard but a little discouraged by the scale. I've been working my butt off at the gym for two weeks and eating about 1/2 the calories I was and I haven't lost a pound! Prior to making these drastic changes I had lost 8lbs. I would have expected to lose 2-3 lbs each week so I'm very disappointed not seeing any pounds come off.     Hey there!
    So, if you go to beachbodycoach.com/strivetobefit you can click "join" for free and you can create a Team BeachBody account. Then you will have access to the online WOWY SuperGym (WOWY means Work Out With You). You can then select the "auto-schedule" feature and it will log your daily workouts, and if you need to alter any of them, you can.
