  • Im a 46yo guy, 6ft,205#, trying to lose some weight but not muscle. Ive been working out on and off for the last 20yrs or so. I have DBs at home a couple of Kettlebells. My problem is i have injured both my shoulders over the years and need to be careful with squats etc. I walk almost everyday for about 45 minutes or so at a brisk pace. Any ideas as far as workouts or diets? Thanks, Steve
