    I have tried it, its really hard and takes a lot of time to get your body that flexible, but I think its worth it, I just didnt have the time to master it. My massage therapist taught it and she was good at it but omg my body didnt work that way. She could bend her body like a pretzel I just didnt have the time for mess with it, sure wish I would have stuck with it.
