    Okay so this is my 2nd day on the workout and I am so nervous.  I nearly died last night and that was just the fit test.  Obviously I am not very fit. But I know I can do this.  Just a little more determination and support is all I need. I am doing the pylometric cardio circut today and pray that I dont land flat on my face again. here i go!...
