    Hey stonelove, I remember you saying hubby would like you a little less thin, a dietitian told be that if I would just add a few good fats to my diet daily, like 1/8 of avocado to salads, 1 tsp good olive oil to my fat free dressing, almonds, 4 oz of chicken breast, this would add a little meat to my bones but without the weight gain and I'm seeing the difference my pants are filled out a little ...
