  • Ok after resting for a few days and gone for the weekend, I finally got back on track with the gym yesterday.  Did a really good lower body workout today.  Cardio is tomorrow and I usually enjoy cardio.  Debating on trying the new interval thing or since i was off a few days, finish out the week as usual and try that next week.
