  • I am trying to do a low carb and high protein diet due to diabetes. I have recently gotten my A1C down to 5.3 and want to keep it good. I am having trouble getting protein and calories without going over my alloted 81 carbs per day. Help! Any high protein and calorie foods low in carbs? I'm not a big meat eater.
