  • I have lost 20 lbs before working out- now I have not lost weight for 2 weeks. I do a very low cardio for 20 min (wihich is really hard) on the elicpise machine. 15 min on the bike, and then some weight machine for my legs and stomach.
    I think I might of taken my food intake to low, but if I eat more I will gain right?

    Any suggestions would help.
