    I am moving on Saturday and my new complex has a pretty nice fitness center and an on staff personal trainer. I have been out of shape for far too long so it's time to get back to work. I am starting a new workout and diet plan on 6/7. One more weekend of being a fat lazy slob. I'll be tracking on here so we can see how it goes.

    I'd add that drinking plenty of water helps with the metabolism process, too.

    Caffeine helps, but don't overdo it. Black tea or coffee, don't need any extras to offset any of the effects.
