    Dont drop your calories any lower than 1200 or your body will actually freak out on you. Sounds like if you are working out alot you may be losing just inches instead of weight. Muscle mass weighs more than fat. Take measurements and see if that is where you are losing, if not you may have to make some small dietary change to keep it going.
