his was built from a template on http://www.criticalbench.com. Basic fill in the blank and can be switched up to reduce boredom. I'm a big guy looking to lose fat and gain some, not bodybuilder like, muscles. I will do this for 3-4 weeks, first week to tweak, 2-3 weeks to perfect and 4th week to get bored of it.     The elliptical with full body arm bars is the ultimate. The calories burnt are significant - usually pushing upwards of 600-700 calories in a 45 minute jaunt. I usually use the bars to do bench press style motions and machine row pulls in alternating motions ... It really gets the heart rate going ... Def. recommend making the most of these machines ... They are amazing.
