    I just did it..i joined a gym today..my goal is to get a few workouts in a week at lunch..weights mainly and continue to do some cardio a few days in the morning at home..we will see how it goes..but i am optimistic..

    Under workout and fitness tab go to workout tracker.
    click on add exercise then exit windows then click on target time and
    actual time Example 30 for minutes then update then submit it will show calories burned.
