    Alright.. I went to my first Spin Class last nite!... it took alot of courage but I did what the instructor said and just went at my own pace.  The Class was fun and time went fast.  I just concentrated on keeping my legs n feet spinning as fast as I could while the rest of the class was doing more advanced exercises on the bike.  They give me a goal to reach - I'm sure I will do be...

  • I love walking, its a fast pace. Where I live I have hills, hills, hills, rarely flat. I love the feeling of feeling free and seeing all of nature has, including the rattlesnakes I also pray when I walk alone . I aslo do free weights. I live over and hour to a gym. I haven't lost weight but I have muscle definition. I love to see my biceps bugle.
